Karen Brost American born and London-based designer Karen Brost has channelled her love for all things sexy, polished and glam into a full scale tailored suiting collection for winter 2008. Brost reckons the “timeless classic” design formula is a blend of 80% Classic & 20% Rock n Roll and it is her intention to bridge the gap between the traditional rules of couture and the cutting edge of fashion. Karen’s first signature collection has been approached as a “Powerful Woman’s Lifestyle Tool” and is geared to take a woman from the boardroom to the ballroom in flawless style. Currently Brost is dressing Sharon Stone, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rosanna Arquette, and Dita Von Teese, and her first call on the Hollywood screen will be the wardrobe designed for Gwyneth Paltrow’s role in the Iron Man. |
